Final Decision Authority

In all matters relating to bet settlement, promotion eligibility, account status, and dispute resolution, the decision of seri33 management is final and binding, subject to the dispute escalation procedures set out in Section 14 of these Terms.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

"seri33", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of the seri33.app platform and all associated services. "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses any part of the seri33 platform. "Account" means a registered player account held with seri33. "Platform" means the seri33 website at seri33.app and all services accessible thereon, including but not limited to sportsbook, live casino, slots, lottery, and account management functions. "MYR" or "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the default currency of the seri33 platform. "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bets, cashback, or reload credits granted by seri33 to a player's account. "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must stake using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the seri33 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotion terms published on the seri33 platform at the time of the relevant promotion. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a seri33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

You are at least 21 years of age;
You are not a resident of or accessing seri33 from a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online gaming under local law;
You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of seri33 or any of its software or service providers;
You are registering and using seri33 on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party;
You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account terminated by seri33 for breach of these Terms;
You are acting in your personal capacity, not as a professional or syndicate bettor operating in breach of these Terms.

Registration requires accurate and complete personal information. seri33 reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any stage of the account relationship. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active seri33 account only. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your seri33 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All transactions and betting activity conducted through your account while you are logged in — or while a valid session token is active under your account — are deemed to have been made by you and are your sole responsibility. seri33 will not reverse transactions or reinstate funds lost as a result of your failure to secure your account credentials, except where seri33 is found to have been directly at fault.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify seri33 support immediately via live chat or the contact email published on the platform. seri33 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation upon receipt of such a report. You acknowledge that seri33 cannot guarantee recovery of any funds transacted before the notification was received.

seri33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA is available via authenticator app or SMS OTP and is accessible from your account security settings at any time.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All seri33 account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in MYR. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20 (subject to applicable conversion at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction).

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are as published on the seri33 platform's banking page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Current minimums are: RM 10 minimum deposit; RM 30 minimum withdrawal for verified accounts.

Withdrawals from seri33 accounts are subject to the following conditions:

Your account must be fully verified (identity and payment method verification) before any withdrawal is processed;
Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method held in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before the portion of your balance attributable to those bonus funds is eligible for withdrawal;
seri33 reserves the right to request enhanced verification documentation for withdrawals above RM 5,000;
Processing times are typically under 30 minutes for verified accounts; however, seri33 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers.

Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your own name will be reversed. seri33 may close accounts and retain balances where evidence of payment method fraud is identified.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

seri33 offers a range of promotional bonuses, cashback programmes, free bets, and a multi-tier VIP rewards structure. All promotions are governed by these Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, as published on the seri33 rewards page at the time the promotion is active.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds. Applicable wagering multiples, game contributions, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
Real-money deposits are used for wagering before bonus funds. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements are completed.
seri33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion and begun meeting wagering requirements will be given a reasonable period to complete those requirements where a promotion is cancelled mid-term.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms by a player or group of players — is prohibited. seri33 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings where abuse is identified.
Promotional eligibility is at seri33's sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded, have accounts under review, or have previously breached these Terms are not eligible for promotions.

6. Sportsbook Rules and Bet Settlement

All sportsbook bets placed on the seri33 platform are subject to the seri33 Sportsbook Rules, which govern bet acceptance, odds, settlement procedures, and dispute resolution for betting markets. The Sportsbook Rules form part of these Terms and are to be read alongside them.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, the odds on an accepted bet are locked regardless of subsequent market movement.
In the event of a manifest error in published odds — including but not limited to clearly erroneous prices caused by data feed or human error — seri33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
Match abandonment and postponement rules follow established industry standards. Bets on events that are abandoned without the relevant market reaching a settlement point will be voided and stakes returned. Postponed events will remain open for settlement for a period of 24 hours from the originally scheduled start time before being voided.
Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. seri33 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without notice, particularly in the event of technical issues or pending significant on-field events.
seri33 imposes maximum payout limits per event and per market as published in the Sportsbook Rules. Winnings exceeding applicable limits will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the staked amount.

7. Casino and Slots Game Rules

All live casino and slots games available on the seri33 platform are provided by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Asia Gaming, Ezugi, PG Soft, and others. Each game operates according to its own published game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

RTP (Return to Player) figures for all slot games are published and represent theoretical long-run statistical outcomes, not guaranteed returns for any individual player session.
Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on seri33 are pulled from the relevant provider's jackpot pool in real time and may differ from other platforms connected to the same pool.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino or slots session — including but not limited to loss of connectivity, game engine errors, or video stream failure — the affected round may be voided. seri33 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore interrupted sessions but is not liable for winnings attributable to a voided round.
Minimum and maximum table limits for live casino games are displayed on the lobby thumbnail for each table and may be adjusted by seri33 at any time, including during live sessions.

All games on seri33 use certified random number generators (RNG) or live physical game equipment independently audited by approved testing agencies. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by the platform, the software provider, or any external party.

8. Prohibited Activities and Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the seri33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

Registering or operating more than one seri33 account;
Providing false, incomplete, or misleading identity information;
Using payment methods not held in your own name;
Systematic exploitation of bonus promotions (bonus abuse);
Match-fixing, arbitrage, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit pricing errors;
Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to interact with the seri33 platform;
Colluding with other players in live casino games;
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any seri33 software or system;
Money laundering or using seri33 for any purpose connected to criminal activity;
Allowing third parties to use your account, or using another player's account credentials.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the seri33 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and game content — is the property of seri33 or its licensed third-party providers. No part of the seri33 platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or republished without express prior written consent from seri33.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, seri33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.

seri33's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any cause of action arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their seri33 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

seri33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected; unusual or fraudulent account activity is detected; a legal or regulatory obligation requires it; or a player's self-exclusion request is received. Upon termination for cause, seri33 may retain all balances attributable to bonus funds and associated winnings where the termination arises from a player's breach of these Terms. Real-money deposits not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Responsible Gaming

seri33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides all registered players with access to the following tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 6 weeks); and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from every account's settings page without requiring contact with customer support.

13. Amendments to These Terms

seri33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and will be posted on the seri33 platform with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the seri33 platform following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the seri33 platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect. Requests for account closure may be submitted via seri33 live chat support.

seri33 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from a player's failure to review updated Terms following notification.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which seri33 is incorporated under its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the seri33 platform shall first be addressed through the seri33 internal dispute resolution process, accessible via live chat support (available 24/7) or the support email address published on this platform.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days of formal escalation by the player, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. Class actions are not permitted. Each dispute is to be resolved on an individual basis.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in their jurisdiction and that cannot be contractually excluded.

seri33 operates under international gaming jurisdiction and is not regulated by any Malaysian government authority. Players should satisfy themselves as to the legality of online gaming under applicable local laws before registering.
